Job Summary: Civil Engineering internship focused on analysis and monitoring of infrastructure projects for residential developments, as well as operational support to the engineering department. Key Highlights: 1. Support for infrastructure engineering projects in residential developments 2. Assistance in preparing technical reports and internal controls 3. Support in interfacing with suppliers, designers, and field teams **Main Responsibilities** * Support the analysis and monitoring of engineering projects (infrastructure for residential developments); * Assist in controlling and organizing technical documents; * Monitor physical and financial project schedules; * Provide support in interfacing with suppliers, designers, and field teams; * Assist in preparing technical reports and internal controls; * Support operational demands of the engineering department. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering program (from the 4th semester onward); * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Interest in construction projects, residential developments, and real estate development; * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Prior experience (even academic) with construction projects or engineering design; * Basic ability to read engineering drawings.
