Management and monitoring of contractor and supplier contracts The construction company is seeking a Cost and Planning Analyst in Itapema (Meia Praia). **Responsibilities:** Support cost control processes, including critical analysis of budgets, committed costs, and actual costs incurred on construction projects. Preparation and monitoring of cost-related managerial reports and dashboards. Control of material, equipment, and temporary installation consumption. Support in structuring, continuously improving, and automating cost control processes.
