Job Summary: The professional will develop, analyze, and monitor small-, medium-, and large-scale projects, providing technical support and customer service to ensure compliance with applicable legislation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and analysis of fire prevention and control projects (PPCI) of various scales 2. Customer support and guidance regarding projects and legislation 3. Supporting the team in developing and monitoring projects until validation * Develop small-, medium-, and large-scale projects; * Conduct on-site surveys and measurements; * Drive company vehicles for customer visits; * Perform preliminary and detailed project analyses; * Serve customers: provide clarifications and guidance, such as required adjustments to ensure the project site complies with Fire Department (CBM) regulations; explain payment terms and purposes of charges; clarify project review status; * Support the team in project development; * Monitor projects until final validation; * Plan, design, size, resolve pending issues, and study building-specific cases and characteristics for which PPCI projects are being developed; * Perform services and seek solutions jointly with the Fire Department; * Submit requested documentation—including floor plans, reports, and other materials—to the Fire Department and customers; * Communicate and coordinate with the Commercial Department; * Verify pending items associated with the project, in coordination with the customer; * Perform sizing calculations according to building type, fire load, and local specifics to advance the project.
