We are seeking a **Legalization Analyst** to handle company registration, amendment, and dissolution processes, as well as to support essential corporate regularization routines with competent authorities. ### **Job Information** * Position: **Legalization Analyst** * Employment Type: CLT * Salary: **R$ 3\.200,00** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 * Work Mode: 100% on-site * Location: Rua Arapanema, 60, Vila Gomes Cardim, São Paulo \- SP, ZIP Code: 03324\-100 * Benefits: **Transportation Allowance and Meal Voucher** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Execute company registration, amendment, and dissolution processes at commercial registries and municipal, state, and federal agencies. * Obtain, renew, and monitor licenses such as operating permits, health surveillance approvals, fire department certifications, environmental licenses, among others. * Administer and control digital certificates (issuance, renewal, and deadline management). * Conduct research and resolve outstanding tax obligations, including municipal, state, and federal debts. * Perform consultations and updates of corporate registrations across various agencies (municipal governments, Federal Revenue Service, SEFAZ, etc.). * Prepare, file, and monitor public agency proceedings until finalization. * Monitor deadlines, required documentation, and legal requirements while maintaining up-to-date records. * Provide internal and external support to clients or company departments regarding legalization status and legal requirements. * Ensure compliance with current legislation, deadlines, and mandatory procedures. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience with corporate legalization routines. * Knowledge of regulatory agencies (Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, Municipal Governments, Health Surveillance, etc.). * Familiarity with government tools and systems (REDESIM, e\-CAC, SEFAZ, municipal systems). ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields. * Knowledge of debt inquiries, certificate issuance, and tax regularization. * Experience in client service. ### **We seek a professional who:** * Is organized and detail-oriented * Can manage deadlines and multiple tasks * Is proactive in resolving pending issues * Communicates clearly and effectively * Possesses analytical capability * Works well in teams If you have solid experience in corporate legalization, proficiency in key government agencies and systems, and seek an opportunity to work with responsibility, organization, and direct impact on clients’ legal compliance, this position may be right for you.
