Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and organizing schedules, customer service, preparing and following up on quotations, and developing technical projects, including interaction with the Fire Department. Interaction with regulatory agencies (Fire Department) **Responsibilities:** \- Planning \- Plan schedules for project development; \- Organize/control visit agenda (quotations for Construction/Projects); \- Customer Service \- Provide telephone support; \- Provide in-person counter service; \- Provide WhatsApp support; \- Provide email support; \- Initial customer registration; \- Phone calls/emails to portfolio customers (AVCB/CLCB); \- Quotations \- Prepare quotations; \- Send quotations; \- Follow up with customers (negotiation); \- Log completed calls in the CRM; \- Log sent quotations in the CRM; \- Projects \- Develop technical projects according to current regulations; \- Generate documents such as ARTs (Technical Responsibility Registration), technical reports, and fire brigade certificates, in compliance with current regulations; \- Register and track simplified processes on the Fire Department website; \- Register and track technical projects on the Fire Department website; \- Daily monitoring of the "Status" of ongoing processes/projects; \- Maintain contact with the Fire Department regarding inspection visits, technical consultations, and other matters related to process inspection and review; \- Prepare the Technical Service Form (FAT) for submission to the Fire Department; \- Required Qualifications \- Completed high school education; Technical degree in Building Construction or equivalent; \- AutoCAD; \- Basic computer skills; \- Knowledge of the São Paulo State Fire Department Decree; Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Working Hours: * Monday to Friday Additional Compensation: * 13th-month salary * Commission (after gaining experience) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
