Your main responsibilities: * Deliver consultative and personalized customer service; * Identify opportunities to increase average transaction value; * Prospect and retain customers; * Monitor individual and team goals; * Organize the store and maintain product presentation excellence; * Participate in marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives; * Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
