### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Job Vision:** Conduct internal inspections of the condominium, promote security and support within internal areas to enhance collective well-being, guide the access of people and vehicles, assist the doorman when necessary, monitor security conditions, and provide high-quality service to both internal and external clients. **Core Values:** People, Gratitude, Loyalty, Teamwork, Excellence, Commitment, and Customer Focus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control the movement of vehicles and people through the condominium entrance by receiving, triaging requests, and forwarding\-them to the appropriate recipients. * Monitor the use of common areas to preserve property; * Turn lights on and off in common areas of the condominium, observing scheduled times and/or needs (when this responsibility is not assigned to another person during a predetermined shift); * Monitor the opening and closing of common-use facilities (e.g., gym, playroom, party hall, etc.). * Record events and incidents occurring during the shift. * Identify irregularities specified in the internal regulations, such as: unauthorized vehicle parking, improper use of equipment and facilities. * Support the entrance desk during incidents and emergencies by making necessary contacts (Fire Department, Military Police, SAMU). * Monitor gate opening and closing, acting internally to prevent unauthorized or evasive entries. ### **BENEFITS** * Transportation Allowance (VT): R$5.40; Meal Voucher (VR): R$28.80; Food Basket: R$110.52 ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Contract:** CLT
