Job Mission: Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices, promoting a safe environment, preventing accidents, and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company-adopted management system requirements. Main Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor occupational safety-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Structure, organize, and maintain the Occupational Health and Safety department, including document management and control of mandatory records. Develop, monitor, and keep updated mandatory OHS reports and programs, such as the Risk Management Program (PGR), Technical Report on Working Environmental Conditions (LTCAT), Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), and control of Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs). Conduct periodic inspections, internal audits, and safety rounds at facilities and worksites. Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures, promoting preventive and corrective actions. Develop and implement the policy for use and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring proper distribution, control, and usage by employees. Plan, organize, and oversee Fire Brigade and Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), ensuring training delivery and compliance with legal requirements. Execute processes related to the Fire Department Inspection Certificate (AVCB) and other applicable legal requirements. Develop and deliver occupational safety training, awareness campaigns, and accident prevention programs. Investigate and analyze accidents and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures. Support the company in implementing and maintaining integrated management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, as well as supporting the ISO 16001 certification process\. Maintain relationships and interfaces with occupational health service providers, clinics, laboratories, and specialized consulting firms. Collaborate with technical teams on consulting engineering and inspection projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations during performed activities. Active professional registration with the competent authority. Proven experience in administrative and operational occupational safety activities. Experience in consulting engineering, construction, or project inspection sectors. Technical Knowledge Regulatory Standards: NR 01, NR 06, NR 07, NR 10, NR 17, and NR 35\. Management of Occupational Safety documentation. Organization of CIPA and Fire Brigade. Processes related to AVCB. Inspections, audits, and safety rounds. Policy and control of PPE. Management systems and certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\.
