Job Summary: Responsible for operating and controlling the CCTV system, monitoring incidents, activating security and maintenance teams, and managing internal communication via radio. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and control of surveillance monitoring systems (CCTV) 2. Management of security and maintenance incidents 3. Internal communication and coordination among teams · Operate and control the CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) system, monitoring and identifying incidents or suspicious behavior, contacting the responsible department or police in external areas via radio, recording in the control report, and reporting to security coordination and supervision. · Identify incidents within the school premises and request Maintenance or support companies to resolve operational or technical issues identified through the institution's monitoring system. · Monitor the Fire Alarm and Control Center and activate the Civil Fire Brigade team upon incident identification, reporting to security coordination and supervision. · Assist with general radio communication among users by acting as a relay to enable contact when direct conversation is not possible due to distance limitations. · Accurately update camera layouts and perform required camera reinitializations at the Monitoring Center according to the institutional physical security procedures established for weekdays and operational hours, ensuring equipment effectiveness. · Conduct internal communication via radio and/or telephone with other security team members and internal departments of the school during emergencies and accidents. · Complete the daily inspection logbook with detailed descriptions of actions taken. · Perform operations and processes of assigned services in accordance with institutional standards, procedures, and occupational health and safety and environmental regulations.
