Interaction with various management levels and teams **About the Role:** Will supervise services provided by third parties, ensuring compliance with established standards and contract fulfillment. This role includes preparing and distributing detailed reports to clients and outsourced companies. The professional will interact with various management levels and teams, including managers, technical teams, the client's engineering team, and CBRE's management. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability are essential. **Requirements:** Completed High School; Technical course and experience in leadership/supervision; Required experience in civil, hydraulic, electrical, refrigeration, planning and control of maintenance software; Desirable: Bachelor's degree in related fields (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Air Conditioning) — will be a differentiator; Desirable: Courses in Electrical Engineering, NR-10 and NR-35; Desirable: Yellow Belt and AutoCAD training; Desirable: Knowledge of AVCB — Fire Department Inspection Certificate; Desirable: Technical knowledge in budget analysis; Desirable: Experience managing contracts in the retail sector; Intermediate Office Suite proficiency; Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and availability for daily car travel; **Responsibilities:** Supervise execution of third-party activities and creation of action plans; Supervise civil maintenance work (masonry, plumbing, restrooms); Analyze maintenance area reports and audit daily task progress, implementing potential process improvements; Ability to propose improvements and focus on problem resolution, agile reasoning for decision-making; Responsible for managing all maintenance area activities and processes, as well as implementing and promoting a culture of organization, safety, and high performance; Maturity in managing large third-party teams; Dynamic approach to handling multiple topics per day, organized, punctual, and analytical mindset; Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, excellent communication, hands-on profile; Proactive; interpersonal skills for interactions with unit managers visited and other clients. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 — with availability for overtime due to travel.
