Job Summary: Professional to perform general building maintenance, requiring proficiency with tools, execution of repairs, and reading technical drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Carry out carpentry, glazing, and plumbing services **BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** * **Requirement**: High school diploma and/or vocational training in civil construction, NR 10 and NR 35\. * **Experience**: 1 (one) year, documented in employment record book. * **Driver's license, category B, preferred.** **Responsibilities:** a) Perform general building maintenance tasks requiring proficiency with manual (electric or mechanical) tools, such as: installing and removing components (brackets, shelves, bars, picture frames, etc.); b) Adapt or maintain these components (cutting, drilling, gluing, re-tightening, re-inserting, lubricating); c) Maintain blinds and curtains (removal—for cleaning or repair—and reinstallation, fixing loose or damaged parts); d) Adjust hydraulic floor springs (tempered glass doors) or overhead springs; e) Perform carpentry and glazing services; f) Remove, install, and repair locks; g) Perform general civil building maintenance tasks, such as painting, masonry, plastering, floor repairs, assembly and disassembly of doors, windows, partitions, and accessories, among others in the civil maintenance field; h) Perform other similar duties; i) Carry out duties of hydraulic firefighters; j) Prepare information surveys regarding installations within their area of responsibility; k) Support updating of as-built drawings and reports; l) Remove and install fixed seats onto substrates; m) Read technical drawings and specifications; n) Employees must possess technical knowledge of installation and maintenance of building hydrosanitary systems, subsystems, and equipment—including cold water, hot water, sewage, rainwater, hydraulic, and fire protection systems.
