WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Responsible for keeping the entire kitchen clean, ensuring all areas are sanitized in accordance with health surveillance regulations for receiving goods and staff; * Responsible for organizing cleaning supplies and refilling dispensers of soap, gel, paper towels, and toilet paper in all locations where these items are used; * Responsible for operating the dishwashing machine (plates and glasses), as well as sanitizing utensils, containers, and cookware; * Responsible for correctly storing utensils, tableware, and containers to ensure efficiency during usage; * Follow the Good Practices Manual.
