Building Maintenance Assistant (Night Shift) \- \#1405 On-site in Gravataí/RS Permanent CLT employment Compensation: * Fixed Salary \+ Hazard Pay * Benefits: Meal Voucher \+ Transportation Voucher or Parking \+ Medical Assistance (Unimed Outpatient) \+ Life Insurance. **Requirements:** * Completed High School. * Experience in Building Maintenance. * Availability to work on a 12x36 schedule (6:30 PM to 6:30 AM). **Behavioral Profile:** * Attention to detail. * Discipline. * Preventive mindset. * Reliability and responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule. * Daily inspection of all plumbing and sanitation installations in the facility, as well as gutters, rainwater pipes, wall finishes, external and internal flooring, etc. * Maintenance and repairs of bathroom equipment, technical galleries, etc. * Replacement of ceramic wall tiles over small areas. * Replacement of broken mall flooring. * Maintenance of food court table fixtures. * Cleaning and debris removal from vacant stores. * Cleaning of grates and gutters. * Assistance in gutter, roof, and rainwater pipe maintenance, when required. * Assistance to the Maintenance Technician, when required, but never for tasks involving electricity. * Repairs and maintenance of faucets, traps, flush valves, unclogging of toilets and urinals, and replacement of parts when necessary. * Minor electric welding repairs. * Shopping center water meter reading, when applicable. * Relocation of mall furniture, when necessary. * Repairs of various building frames and fixtures.
