Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, customer service, preparation and follow-up of quotations and technical projects, including interaction with the Fire Department. Key Highlights: 1. Multichannel customer service (phone, in-person, WhatsApp, email) 2. Development and follow-up of technical projects and quotations 3. Process management with the Fire Department **Responsibilities:** \- Planning \- Schedule planning for project development; \- Organize/control visit schedule (construction/project quotations); \- Customer Service \- Provide phone support; \- Provide counter (in-person) service; \- Provide WhatsApp support; \- Provide email support; \- Initial customer registration; \- Phone calls/emails to portfolio customers (AVCB/CLCB); \- Quotations \- Prepare quotations; \- Send quotations; \- Follow up with customers (negotiation); \- Log completed calls in CRM; \- Log sent quotations in CRM; \- Projects \- Develop technical projects according to current regulations; \- Generate documents such as ARTs (Technical Responsibility Registration), Technical Reports, Fire Brigade Certificates, in accordance with current regulations; \- Register and track simplified processes on the Fire Department website; \- Register and track technical projects on the Fire Department website; \- Daily monitoring of "Status" for ongoing processes/projects; \- Maintain contact with the Fire Department regarding inspection visits, technical consultations, and other matters related to process review and analysis; \- Prepare the Fire Department's Technical Service Form (FAT); \- Required Qualifications \- Completed high school education; Technical degree in Construction or similar field; \- AutoCAD; \- Basic computer skills; \- Knowledge of the São Paulo State Fire Department Decree; Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Working Hours: * Monday through Friday Additional Compensation: * 13th-month salary * Commission Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.300,00 - R$3.500,00 per month
