Familiarity with Commercial Registry procedures **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Draft corporate bylaws; * Carry out company formation, amendments, and dissolution at federal, state, and municipal levels; * Issue certificates; * Conduct company licensing (operating permits, licenses, fire department approvals, etc.); * Monitor and process filings; * Provide advisory and consulting services to ensure full compliance with the above-mentioned activities. * Administrative support tasks to be coordinated with the above activities. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Law, completed or in progress; * Prior experience in paralegal work; * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with procedures at the Commercial Registry.
