




Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing, analyzing, and overseeing small-, medium-, and large-scale projects, serving clients and conducting on-site measurements. Key Highlights: 1. Development and analysis of fire prevention and protection projects (PPCI) of various scales 2. Customer support for clarification and guidance 3. Resolution of pending issues and seeking solutions in coordination with the Fire Department * Develop small-, medium-, and large-scale projects; * Conduct on-site surveys and measurements; * Drive company vehicles for client visits; * Perform preliminary and detailed project analysis; * Serve clients: provide clarifications and guidance, such as necessary adjustments to ensure the project site complies with Fire Department (CBM) regulations; explain payment terms and purposes of charges; update clients on project analysis progress; * Support the team in project development; * Oversee projects until final validation; * Plan, design, size, resolve pending issues, and analyze building-specific conditions and particularities where PPCI projects will be developed; * Perform tasks and seek solutions in coordination with the Fire Department; * Submit requested documentation—such as floor plans, technical reports, etc.—to the Fire Department and clients; * Communicate and align with the Commercial Department; * Verify pending items associated with the project from the client’s side; * Perform sizing calculations based on building type, fire load, and review of site-specific conditions to advance the project.
