Quality Inspector

Description

**Activities:** * Perform leak tests, electrical tests, torque measurements, and use of calibrators and measuring instruments; * Conduct visual inspections of components, in-process products, and finished products; * Record inspection and test results according to internal procedures; * Approve Standard Parts according to quality-established criteria; * Analyze products returned by customers, identifying root causes and nonconformities; * Prepare technical reports on analysis of returned products; * Update quality indicators and assist in monitoring goals and results; * Encourage and guide the team regarding workplace organization and cleanliness; * Contribute to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System; * Identify deficiencies in processes, systems, and activities, raising awareness among involved departments; * Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure compliance with procedures, internal standards, and safety requirements. **Schedule: 2:18 PM to 11:24 PM with a 30-minute break.** **Benefits:** * Health insurance; Unimed, monthly fee of BRL 20 \+ co-payment (plan only for the employee) * Pharmacy network; Sesi, Catarinense, and Preço Popular * Attendance bonus of BRL 500 * Meals at the company; BRL 3.46 per day deducted from payroll * Transportation allowance **Desired Qualifications** Completed high school; Technical or vocational training in quality, electrical, mechanical, or related fields is a plus; Salary: BRL 2,600.00 \- BRL 2,625.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
