Job Summary: Assists in material preparation and transportation, site cleaning, demolition, excavation, equipment maintenance, and workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support across various construction phases 2. Maintenance of site cleanliness and organization 3. Assistance with demolitions and excavations Civil Construction Helper; * Material Preparation and Transportation: Loads and unloads construction materials (cement, sand, bricks, rebar, etc.), prepares mortars and plasters, and assists in reinforcement assembly. * Cleaning and Organization: Maintains a clean construction site, organizes materials and tools, and removes debris. * Demolition and Excavation: Breaks down masonry, removes flooring and cladding, and excavates trenches for foundations. * Assistance to Other Professionals: Supports masons, carpenters, electricians, and other workers in performing their tasks. * Maintenance and Repair: Assists with first-level maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure functionality. * Workplace Safety: Ensures safety on the construction site by using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and preventing accidents.
