**Responsibilities and duties:** * Develop training materials; * Deliver training to various audiences as required, covering both theoretical and practical content; * Perform technical curation and validation of training content; * Manage training for unit personnel; * Verify all equipment required for training; * Test equipment and new techniques to ensure safe execution of operational activities, integrated with legal occupational safety training; * Conduct field inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of delivered training and promote trainee development; * Develop and implement new techniques for field activities; * Continuously update knowledge of equipment and technologies. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Technical course in Electrotechnology or related fields; * Valid professional council registration; * Intermediate Office software proficiency; * Prior experience in electrotechnology and instruction is desirable; * Knowledge of telecommunications equipment repair.
