Job Summary:
The professional will perform predictive, preventive, and corrective mechanical/electronic maintenance on equipment, as well as prepare lists, support specifications, and work with a focus on quality and safety.

**We are seeking a professional who will:**
Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective mechanical/electronic maintenance on production/research equipment, analyzing reference diagrams, diagnosing faults, and replacing or repairing components;
Prepare I/O lists and develop HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and supervisory system screens.
Compile material and parts inventories required for scheduled services, maintaining inventory control.
Monitor equipment and process component validation and calibration following maintenance execution.
Support specification of mechanical and electronic materials required to carry out tasks.
Prepare lists of mechanical materials/tools required to execute tasks.
Carry out duties relevant to the area of expertise using computer equipment and software.
Print, complete, and register service orders in the system; obtain approval upon task completion; and forward the order to the supervisor for work closure.
Perform other duties compatible with the functional requirements.
Maintain the workplace clean and organized (5S), and ensure proper custody and preservation of tools, equipment, and materials used.
Work in accordance with quality, productivity, safety, hygiene, and environmental preservation standards.
**What are the essential requirements for this position?**
Currently enrolled in the 2nd semester of one of the following programs: Mechatronics Technician, Mechanical Technician, Industrial Automation Technologist, Industrial Automation Technician, Electroelectronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Electrotechnical Technician, Refrigeration, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineer or Technologist, or Precision Mechanics Technician.
