




Job Summary: Sales professional responsible for product demonstrations, initial technical support, prospecting new business opportunities, managing customer portfolios, and leading negotiations. Customer portfolio qualification and management * Demonstrate products, guide customers on applications and benefits, and identify opportunities to expand business. * Provide initial technical support on electronic components, including datasheet interpretation and cross-referencing between products from partner manufacturers, with support from the responsible engineer. * Prospect and develop new business opportunities by identifying them according to strategies defined by management. * Proactively contact customers via telephone, e-mail, and other channels to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. * Qualify and manage the customer portfolio, maintaining relationships across various hierarchical levels within client organizations. * Prepare and present commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and oversee the entire sales process through to closure. * Analyze target audience and market data to support the definition of commercial strategies. * Keep the CRM updated with relevant information regarding customers, negotiations, forecasts, and sales pipeline. * Organize schedules for strategic customers, track orders, and negotiate delivery timelines, payment terms, and possible commercial conditions. * Participate in training sessions, meetings, and development activities to continuously enhance commercial and technical skills. Requirements * Prior experience in sales or customer service * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work with targets * Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools Notes: * Fixed salary + commission. * Career development plan that will eventually position the employee as a Technical Engineer (Product Application Engineering) or Commercial (Account Manager). * **Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote, from 8:00 to 17:30.** * Employment type: PJ.
