**Proplan**, a company specialized in complementary system design covering all installation disciplines, is hiring a **Junior Building Services Designer for Complementary Systems** for Ribeirão Preto, with the following profile:

**What you need to participate in the process:**
Availability to work on-site in Ribeirão Preto;
Knowledge and proficiency in technical drawings, preparation of technical specifications, and compliance with technical standards;
Intermediate-level experience with AutoCAD;
Basic knowledge of Revit;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills;
Ability to manage and deliver projects within established deadlines;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Self-managed, task-focused, detail-oriented, and problem-solving profile;
Logical reasoning and critical analysis capabilities;
Willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
**Preferred qualifications (considered as differentiators):**
Currently pursuing or having completed a Technical Course in Building Construction;
Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Architecture;
Experience in developing complementary HVAC or electrical projects for mid- to high-end vertical buildings;
Intermediate-level knowledge of Revit;
Knowledge of process automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence).
**Key responsibilities:**
Conduct technical evaluation and analysis of initial designs;
Perform revisions addressing comments and necessary coordination adjustments;
Participate in project coordination meetings and technical solution definition;
Specify and define materials or equipment required for projects, analyzing information provided by the commercial department;
Plan, monitor, and control all project-related activities;
Identify and analyze technical issues related to HVAC or electrical installations;
Seek solutions to technical project issues (e.g., researching online, consulting technical standards, contacting suppliers, or consulting specialists);
Carry out other duties relevant to the position.
**Work schedule and compensation:**
Hired under the CLT employment regime, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break.
