Then, come join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Solid experience in Training and Development, especially in content production for LMS/LXP platforms. * Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring training and development initiatives, ensuring high-quality, agile, and business-aligned deliverables. * Conducting needs assessments with client departments and designing face-to-face, online, and hybrid educational solutions. * Developing learning paths, producing and updating content. * Managing schedules and tracking training effectiveness indicators. * Serving as the interface with internal stakeholders, supporting strategic departmental projects, proposing continuous improvements to T&D processes, and autonomously managing demands—prioritizing practical and efficient solutions. * We seek a communicative, analytical, proactive, organized, curious, solution-oriented professional with strong autonomy, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in instructional design, implementation, and monitoring of face-to-face and online training; * Experience in producing digital content (videos, infographics, SCORM) and learning paths; * Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools, preferably Articulate Rise 360; * Video editing skills, preferably using CapCut and Google Vids; * Familiarity with LMS/LXP platform management (experience with Happmobi platform is a plus). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance & food allowance * Transportation voucher * Profit and Results Sharing Program * Product discount * Life insurance * Wellhub and Totalpass partnership—gym network **What else will you find here?** * Birthday day off * Remote work (hybrid work model) * Remote work stipend **So, are you ready to join us?
