




Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized Quality and Process Analyst I to structure processes, support continuous improvement, and reinforce a quality culture. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to strengthening the culture of quality and compliance. #### **About the Role:** * We are looking for a Quality and Process Analyst I to join our team. We seek an analytical, organized professional with interest in understanding organizational routines, structuring processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will collaborate across departments to strengthen quality culture, process standardization, and compliance with institutional standards. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze, understand, and document organizational and operational workflows; * Support process and document mapping, modeling, and standardization; * Use process management tools such as BPMN, SIPOC, and flowcharts; * Analyze data and results to identify opportunities for solutions, improvements, and innovations in processes; * Support the implementation and review of policies, procedures, and work instructions; * Provide support to departments in implementing and maintaining quality standards, such as ISO 9001; * Support planning and execution of internal audits, tracking action plans; * Support monitoring of quality- and process-related indicators, OKRs, and KPIs; * Apply quality tools for root cause analysis; * Support continuous improvement initiatives, training, and internal communications; * Track non-conformities, suggestions, and incidents recorded in the system; * Interact with various departments to understand routines, mitigate non-conformities, and propose process improvements. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification; * Experience in Quality, including process mapping and standardization, internal audits, and compliance with ISO 9001 or similar standards; * Experience with process mapping and analysis tools. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Process Management, Project Management, Innovation, or related areas; * Lean or Six Sigma training (White/Yellow/Green Belt) is desirable; Experience in publishing houses, printing companies, or third-sector institutions * #### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance; Dental Insurance. * #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break.
