Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative, proactive, and agile professional to plan, execute, and manage social media content, expand the influencer network, and actively contribute to content creation. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and execute social media content and interact with the community. 2. Manage and expand the brand's influencer network. 3. Actively participate in content creation (Stories, behind-the-scenes, live streams). Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and execute content across social media platforms (including WhatsApp); Interact daily with the community (comments, DMs, and group chats); Develop and implement growth and engagement strategies; Support sales campaigns and new collection launches (willingness to travel required); Manage and expand the brand's influencer network; Serve as the main point of contact for influencers (briefings, follow-ups, and relationship management); Oversee influencer contracts, commissions, discount coupons, and credits; Actively participate in content creation (Stories, behind-the-scenes, live streams); Provide audience behavior insights to the team. Ideal Profile: Communicative, proactive, agile, and embodying the brand's energy. Organized and demonstrating ownership mindset. Skilled in relationship building (with customers and influencers). Practical understanding of social media (beyond theoretical knowledge). Comfortable appearing on camera and communicating via video. (IMPORTANT) "This is not merely an operational role. Requirements: Currently enrolled in or hold a completed undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields; Basic editing skills (CapCut, Figma, Canva); Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
