Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Designer with a keen eye and strong execution skills to strengthen our marketing team and grow within an operation that takes design seriously. Key Highlights: 1. If you have a sharp eye, strong execution skills, and want to grow within an operation that values design, this role is for you. **Your responsibilities:** — Develop social media assets, presentations, institutional materials, and digital campaign materials — Follow and help evolve Nexa’s brand guidelines — Collaborate with the marketing team on ad creatives — Maintain visual consistency and attention to detail in deliverables **What we expect from you:** — Proficiency in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma — Portfolio demonstrating aesthetic sensibility and execution capability — Organization of files, versions, and deadlines — Willingness to receive and incorporate feedback **Nice-to-have:** — Experience with motion graphics or short-video editing — Familiarity with paid-traffic design — Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Please submit your portfolio along with your application.
