




Job Summary: We are seeking an Art Editor to manage editorial projects, control deadlines and quality, and develop graphic design projects for educational materials. Key Highlights: 1. The selected professional will be responsible for the following activities: * Managing editorial projects; * Controlling project deadlines, costs, and quality; * Managing various suppliers within the scope of each project under their responsibility, including selecting professionals, defining art direction\-finalization and image processing briefs, and guiding work within the project’s scope and quality parameters; * Developing graphic design projects for educational materials aligned with the educational objectives of Movimenta Group; * Reviewing supplier files for adjustments and finalizing print-ready versions; * Verifying, finalizing, and approving catalog titles for printing; * Analyzing and validating visual identity and illustrations for projects; * Creating marketing materials when necessary; * Supporting pedagogical activities with a focus on presentation creation; * Typesetting and applying text amendments when necessary; * Analyzing competitor products to strengthen Movimenta’s offerings; **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Publishing, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint); * Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; * Familiarity with Sigil and Adobe Digital Editions is desirable; * Skills in image manipulation, including editing, retouching, and compositing; * Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout; * Knowledge of pre\-press, printing, and post\-press processes (RGB vs. CMYK color standards, preparing print-ready files, preflight checks, booklet imposition, and graphic finishing techniques);
