Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for?** We seek a creative and goal-oriented professional to develop commercial and event-related materials for Quality Digital. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Supporting the development and execution of visual concepts for campaigns, marketing initiatives, and corporate communications; * Creating and adapting graphic assets for various channels (digital, presentations, social media, landing pages, commercial materials, and events); * Ensuring brand visual consistency per the brand book and established guidelines; * Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to translate strategic concepts into visual solutions; * Supporting the creation of key visuals (KVs), layouts, and visual identities for campaigns and special initiatives; * Contributing visual references, design trends, and industry best practices; * Supporting ongoing reviews, adjustments, and improvements to produced visual assets; * Interacting with vendors and creative partners, as needed, under leadership guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic knowledge in:** * Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Visual Communication, or related fields; * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; * Understanding of visual identity, typography, composition, and information hierarchy; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management; * Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and continuous learning. * Video editing and motion graphics knowledge; * Ability to work effectively in teams and dynamic environments; * Adaptability to change; * Creativity combined with an analytical, problem-solving orientation; * Organization and results focus; * Proactivity. **Preferred qualifications:** * UX/UI knowledge; * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. **Employment Type / Working Hours** * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) contract; * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, hybrid model in São Paulo/SP \- for events. **NOTE:** Hey!
