Requirements What We Expect From You: As a Mid-Level Designer, we expect a creative, strategic professional with a refined eye for visual communication and user experience. Your role will be to transform ideas into visual materials that make an impact, strengthen brands, and directly contribute to client results. More than executing assets, we seek someone who understands context, objectives, and performance—delivering visual solutions aligned with marketing and sales strategy. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Create graphic assets for digital and institutional campaigns; Develop layouts for social media, presentations, rich media, email marketing, landing pages, and commercial materials; Create visual identities and campaign extensions; Develop interfaces and prototypes in Figma; Ensure visual consistency and alignment with each client’s brand identity; Collaborate closely with media, content, inbound, and strategy teams; Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions; Perform visual adjustments, improvements, and optimizations focused on performance and user experience; Support the creation of strategic presentations and internal agency materials. Desirable Qualifications: Proficiency in Figma; Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Strong organizational and task-management skills; Creative, proactive profile with excellent communication skills; Ability to translate briefs into high-quality visual deliverables; Attention to detail and refined aesthetic sense. Differentiators: Experience in video editing; Knowledge of RD Station for landing page and email marketing creation; Prior experience at a marketing agency; Knowledge of branding and visual identity; Basic understanding of UX/UI.
