Description
Support the preparation and monitoring of execution of activities related to the unit of the workplace;
Assist in the preparation, transcription, verification, and/or formatting of reports, emails, spreadsheets, memoranda, official letters, and other correspondence related to administrative routines.
Conduct data and information collection and research;
Perform other auxiliary activities related to the operational unit;
Provide administrative support in the areas of planning, budgeting, finance, agreements, contracts, procurement, protocol, materials, assets, information technology, personnel, and logistics.
Requirements: **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education
**KNOWLEDGE:** Windows operating system, internet browsers, email, text editors, presentation software, and electronic spreadsheets;
Formalities, rules, and norms of public ceremonial.
Training course on the Electronic Information System (SEI), with a minimum duration of 20 hours of instruction.
**EXPERIENCE:** One (1) year of experience in the required field or in performing activities related to those described in this document, verified through registration in the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS), service provision contract, or certificate issued by a public agency.
