Job Summary: A graphic designer to develop visual identity and marketing materials across various media for all companies within the group, ensuring visual consistency and standardization. Proven practical experience and proficiency in design tools **Responsibilities:** * Develop **graphic design for all media used by the group's companies**. * Create and maintain brand **visual identities**. * Ensure visual standardization and consistency. * **Create:** * Social media posts * Campaign artwork * Stories * Digital graphics and visual materials * Institutional presentations * Develop: * Invitations * Internal materials * Institutional materials * Various printed pieces **Required Qualifications:** * Portfolio required, including social media content, visual identities, and institutional materials. * Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop and Illustrator (or equivalents, e.g., Corel Draw). * Ability to create and adapt layouts for different formats: feed, stories, reels cover, banners, email, presentations, and internal materials. * Basic knowledge of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and color theory. * Basic understanding of print production: bleed, safe margins, CMYK/RGB, PDF ready for printing. * Proven practical experience as a Designer (via portfolio and/or professional history). * Availability for on-site work. * Ability to follow visual identity guidelines and maintain consistency across group brands. * Strong writing skills for handling text in design pieces, with attention to spelling and consistency. **Required Competencies:** * Organization and priority management: ability to handle high volumes of requests without compromising quality. * Speed with quality: deliver quickly while maintaining polish and attention to detail. * Attention to detail: alignment, spacing, consistency, final review before submission. * Concise communication: understand briefs, clarify questions early, and align expectations with managers and team members. * Aesthetic sense and brand consistency: maintain visual standards and coherence across all deliverables. * Proactivity: suggest improvements, create variations, and anticipate media and communication needs. * Openness to feedback: adjust without resistance, demonstrating maturity and focus on improvement. * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines: predictable delivery and timely risk notification. * Teamwork: collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to maintain efficient workflows. * Results-oriented mindset: design focused on clarity, conversion, and positioning.
