Opportunity to work with digital printing and artwork creation We are seeking a professional to work as **Digital Printer/Graphic Designer/Customer Service**, with technical knowledge and hands-on experience operating digital printing equipment. If you are committed, proactive, and detail-oriented, join our team. **Responsibilities** Lead the Graphic Studio/Customer relationship in a responsive and proactive manner: Propose optimal graphic solutions for customers according to services offered by the company; Conduct new customer prospecting aligned with company strategies; Create artwork for customers per their requests; Actively participate in executing campaigns through communication channels used by the company; Create artwork for the company’s social communications; Perform digital printing (A1, A2, A3, and A4 formats); Perform graphic finishing tasks (no prior experience required). **Responsibilities** Operate digital printers (Konica) Prepare files for printing (color adjustments, bleeds, margins); Monitor print quality and resolution, ensuring color fidelity and standardization; Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper functioning of equipment and workspace. **Technical Requirements** Completed high school education; Proficiency in graphic editing and printing software (Corel Draw, Illustrator); Basic knowledge of colors, paper grammages, and paper types; Preparation of print-ready files (color adjustments, bleeds, margins) is a plus; Basic knowledge of graphic finishing (cutting, binding, lamination, etc.); Technical adjustment skills to ensure final product quality; Direct customer service at the counter. **Expected Behavioral Profile** Attention to detail and care for materials and equipment; Agility and organization; Proactivity in resolving minor technical issues; Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
