Advance in the administrative field We are looking for an administrative intern with a focus on typing to join our team and perform tasks related to typing, printing, physical and digital document organization, and supporting departmental administrative activities. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to develop their skills in a professional environment, gain experience, and advance in the administrative field. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Type and print documents; * Organize and archive physical and digital documents; * Support control and updating of spreadsheets; * Assist in text review and formatting; * Handle telephone and internal public inquiries, as needed; * Provide support to other administrative areas as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration; * Basic knowledge of **(typing and printing)**; * Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools. **Additional Information** * 30 hours per week; * Internship stipend + Transportation allowance; * Morning shift availability preferred.
