Multidisciplinary team focused on innovation and QSMS and ESG certifications. **Learn More About Us** **Join Our Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** As Concrejato’s ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, your focus will include: * Managing documentation; tracking commercial certificates; formatting and editing proposal texts; maintaining digital and physical files for the commercial/legal departments; updating and registering company data and its technical representatives with various regulatory bodies; maintaining the proposal database through text formatting and editing; * Monitoring legal proceedings related to the department’s scope of work; controlling departmental payments, including: receiving supplier and judicial payment requests; entering payments into the RM (TOTVS) system; tracking each request (entry, approval, payment, and transmission of proof of payment). **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic requirements: * Experience in the role; * Knowledge of Office suite; * Completed High School education; You’ll stand out if you have: * Strong communication skills; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Organizational skills; * Proactivity. **Additional Information** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance.
