Supporting social media management and performance monitoring **Content Production** * Assist in creating social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) * Support writing captions and texts * Suggest content ideas (trends, topics, formats) * Help organize the posting calendar with the marketing manager **Photo and Video Capture** * Capture daily company photos and videos (behind-the-scenes, team, events) * Support recording content with employees * Maintain a creative eye to capture authentic materials **Editing and Finalization** * Edit simple videos (Reels, Stories, quick cuts) * Adjust images for posting * Prepare visual materials for publication **Social Media Management Support** * Schedule posts * Respond to basic interactions (comments and direct messages, when necessary) * Monitor basic content performance (likes, reach, engagement) Job Type: Internship, Apprenticeship Compensation: Starting at R$970.00 per month Work Location: On-site
