Responsibilities and Duties Manage the customer portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service; Prospect new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones, aiming for loyalty and base growth; Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance; Conduct negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial pending items; Identify and offer the best solutions according to customers' needs; Provide proactive and responsive service, overseeing the entire commercial process and ensuring efficient follow\-up. Requirements and Qualifications Completed high school (a college degree is a plus); Commercial experience, preferably in internal sales; Knowledge of electrical materials sales; Strong communication skills, proactivity, and negotiation ability.
