Description

A professional responsible for the complete registration of products, categories, and subcategories on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, ensuring organized, detailed, and appealing information to enhance customer experience and optimize online search performance. Creates product titles, descriptions, and strategic content using relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings. Performs product photo preparation and editing to ensure visual quality for promotion and sales. Possesses in-depth knowledge of the store's products and provides online customer support throughout the entire purchasing process until sale completion. Also responsible for daily collection, sorting, verification, and preparation of orders for dispatch, tracking shipments, invoices, and order statuses. In marketplace monitoring, handles product submissions to partner platforms, monitors activations, identifies and corrects listing errors, performs category and attribute mapping, and maintains controls and audits for active and inactive products. Directly manages customer service requests (SACs) and provides support to marketplaces as needed, seeking solutions and evidence for potential third-party errors. Conducts ongoing monitoring of promotional campaigns, educational events, and platform updates, as well as freight control, shipping rate tables, inventory, sales, and operational KPIs. In social media, contributes creative ideas, produces product media, and drafts texts using Portuguese correctly, supporting communication and brand strengthening.
