ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a growing credit fintech, focused on transforming data into insights to improve credit decisions, customer acquisition, portfolio performance, and operational efficiency. The professional will be responsible for in-depth analyses, dashboard creation, KPI monitoring, and direct support to Risk, Operations, Product, and Growth teams. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES 1\. Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of sales and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. This includes applying statistical techniques and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) software. 2\. Reporting and Presentations: Create reports and dashboards that present insights clearly and concisely for the sales team and senior management. The analyst must be able to translate complex data into actionable information. 3\. Decision-Making Support: Collaborate with sales and finance teams to provide analytical support that aids in formulating sales strategies, pricing, and financial risk management. 4\. Data Modeling: Develop and maintain sales forecasting and credit analysis models using statistical modeling techniques to predict future outcomes and support decision-making. 5\. Data Quality: Ensure integrity and quality of data used in analyses by implementing validation and data-cleaning processes. 6\. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other company departments—such as Marketing and Commercial—to align analyses with business needs and ensure information is used effectively. 7\. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in data analysis, preferably in sales or financial environments. * Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Programming skills, especially in SQL and Python, are a plus. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
