Support recruitment and selection processes across various departments. 2. Screen resumes and schedule interviews. 3. Provide administrative support to the HR department. We are looking for a dynamic and committed professional to join our team as a Human Resources Intern at MAIS AMOR ALIMENTOS. **Requirements:** Completed high school; Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Interest in learning about recruitment and selection processes; Sense of responsibility and confidentiality. **Responsibilities:** Support recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and strategic positions; Screen resumes and schedule interviews; Assist in conducting interviews; Post job openings on recruitment platforms, social media, and internal channels; Maintain updated tracking controls and spreadsheets for selection processes; Provide candidate feedback (both positive and negative); Provide administrative support to the HR department. **Benefits:** **Salary:** R$ 1\.000,00\. **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Meal allowance (Multi) R$ 16.50 per day, with no payroll deduction; Food basket; Transportation allowance (Multi), usable at gas stations and ride-hailing apps to facilitate your commute.
