No problem—we support **remote/home office work.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Guide, motivate, and develop the Engineering team; * Make technical decisions and resolve complex problems; * Maintain established standards and practices within the area, guiding the team to transform business logic into high-quality code; * Define and implement new features; * Understand and discuss proposed problems and solutions, always seeking the best technical solution for the challenges encountered; * Share relevant technical information related to the business with other departments and stakeholders involved in product and solution development (team members, other leaders, managers, stakeholders, etc.); * Review code delivered by the team and provide feedback; * Guide the team in breaking down large deliveries into smaller, cohesive parts; * Monitor implemented solutions in production, evaluating errors, performance, and availability; * Track market trends, identify innovation opportunities, and guide the team in adopting solutions that drive company growth and competitiveness; * Collaborate on improvements or new standards in the Engineering knowledge base. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid experience in mobile development using Android, iOS, Flutter, or .NET MAUI/Xamarin Forms; * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; * Proficiency in the MVVM architectural pattern; * Proficiency in native development via *Handlers/Renderers*; * Knowledge of Software Architecture, principles, and design patterns; * Understanding of native platform internals, including versioning, permissions, *activities*, *viewControllers*, *fragments*, and similar concepts; * Skills in conflict management, decision-making, assertive communication, and strategic vision. **Additional information** **Advantages** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Experience with Java; * Experience with MySQL database; * Experience in designing and evolving REST APIs; * Courses focused on Solution Architecture. **Work model** * 8-hour daily workload (Monday to Friday — we do not compensate for Saturdays); * CLT employment contract. **We are a Fintech**, a Payment Institution accredited by the Central Bank of Brazil, and **our purpose is to maximize business productivity through technology.** We offer a complete solution for managing invoices, payments, receivables advances, and serve over 200,000 clients—including self-employed professionals, micro-entrepreneurs (MEI), and large enterprises.
