**Software Engineer | NestJS & Event-Driven Architecture** **Your mission:** We are looking for a **Senior Developer** who combines strong technical expertise with a deep sense of responsibility and product vision. Your primary role will be to design, evolve, and maintain high-scale, highly available microservices and event-driven architectures. We seek someone who not only writes clean code but also **embraces ownership** of the products—ensuring quality, observability, and continuously raising the technical bar of our team. **Your key responsibilities:** **Architecture & Code:** Develop and maintain efficient, scalable microservices using **NestJS** and **Node.js**. **Data Modeling & Databases:** Design and optimize schemas and queries in **PostgreSQL**, ensuring high performance and resilience of transactions. **Distributed Systems:** Apply service-oriented design patterns (SOA/Microservices) and **event-based architectures** (Event-Driven Architecture) to decouple systems. **Observability:** Ensure everything deployed to production is measurable and traceable—implementing metrics, structured logging, and distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar). **AI-Assisted Engineering:** Use and promote **AI-assisted development tools** (Claude) in daily workflows to optimize time, testing, and refactoring—without compromising code quality. **Quality & Best Practices:** Foster a culture of testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), rigorous code reviews, and Clean Code / DDD practices. **Mentorship:** Mentor and support mid-level and junior developers, helping elevate the team’s overall technical maturity. **What you need to have:** **Essential Technical Requirements** * **NestJS & Node.js:** Proven hands-on experience building production backend applications. * **PostgreSQL:** Advanced knowledge of data modeling, query optimization, indexing, and concurrency/transaction strategies. * **Architecture & Patterns:** * Proficiency in service-oriented patterns (SOA, Microservices, REST, gRPC). * Practical experience with **Event-Driven Architecture** (messaging with Temporal, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, or EventBridge). * Applied knowledge of **Design Patterns**, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles. * **Observability:** Experience configuring and instrumenting applications with metrics, logs, and tracing for proactive problem diagnosis using OpenTelemetry. * **AI-Assisted Development:** Ability to integrate cloud-based AI assistants into your workflow to generate impact, document, test, and evolve software more agilely and mindfully. **Profile & Soft Skills** * + **Ownership Mindset:** You own the solution end-to-end—from understanding the need, through design decisions and deployment, to production monitoring. + **Proactivity:** Ability to anticipate technical or product bottlenecks before they become incidents. + **Obsession with Quality:** Continuous focus on maintainability, resilience, and security of the platform. + **Knowledge Multiplier:** Passion for sharing learnings, proposing constructive technical discussions, and helping improve engineering processes. **Nice-to-have skills:** * Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes. * Advanced TypeScript experience. * Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform). * Experience with NoSQL databases or caching strategies (e.g., Redis). **What we offer:** ️ VR and VA | Description: Medical assistance Dental assistance Annual variable bonus Childcare allowance Remote work allowance ️ Wellhub + Workplace Gym App ✨ Life insurance Birthday day off Transportation allowance or parking Vaccination campaign Online telepsychology and nutrition services On-site massage for hybrid model employees Holiday extensions Access to our products Hungry?
