We are looking for a Squad Leader to lead a squad responsible for critical processes—promoting collaboration among team members, coordinating activities, and contributing to the resolution of technical and operational impediments. This professional is expected to foster continuous communication and integration with other teams whenever necessary, ensuring delivery fluency and alignment with strategic objectives. Minimum Requirements Responsibilities: * Ensure all team members are aligned with the product’s strategy and direction; * Support the team in backlog prioritization; * Structure and monitor KPIs in Azure, such as: planned vs. completed user stories (US), cycle time, and quality indicators; * Coordinate and participate in agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Retrospective, Planning); * Plan and coordinate production deployments at the end of each sprint; * Track task progress with developers and QA, removing impediments and promoting integration with other teams; * Work on strategic projects and platform maintenance, ensuring delivery fluency alongside the squad.
