Your mission is to ensure every customer receives fast and nutritious service, preparing our exclusive beverages and guaranteeing that display case products reach the table with optimal presentation.** **Main Responsibilities:** **• Barista and Beverage Preparation: Operate the coffee machine and prepare fresh juices, healthy milkshakes, teas, and açaí bowl assembly (following our technical specifications).** **• Display Case Service: Handle and serve functional sweets, cakes, and savory items (including proper heating to maintain texture and flavor).** **• Consultative Service: Explain ingredients in each preparation, assisting customers with questions regarding dietary restrictions (e.g., plant-based milks, sugar-free options).** **• Front-of-Store Organization: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work counters, equipment, and display cases, as well as restocking immediately consumable items.** **Requirements:** **• Speed and Versatility: Ability to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.** **• Impeccable Hygiene: Strict adherence to food safety regulations (essential for handling fresh food).** **• Enjoy interacting with people and have an interest in healthy eating.** **• Prior experience in cafés, snack bars, or juice shops is desirable.** Salary + commission; On-site meals.
