The professional will be responsible for monitoring operational performance, supporting indicator control, and contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of implementation and operations processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support project and operations management in the water segment, focusing on control and execution; * Monitor schedules, costs, performance indicators (SLA), and delivery quality; * Consolidate information and prepare managerial reports to support decision-making; * Conduct critical analysis of operational data and propose process improvements; * Collaborate with technical departments, suppliers, and field teams to ensure operational effectiveness; * Contribute to achieving project goals with a proactive attitude and results orientation. * Support technical development of the solution for the client * Work directly onsite at the client’s facilities when required * Provide technical support to field teams **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in operations, implementation, or projects within the telecommunications and/or utilities sectors, preferably water; * Knowledge of schedule control, SLAs, and operational performance analysis; * Analytical ability, organization, and autonomy to manage multiple concurrent tasks; * Collaborative profile with strong communication skills and delivery focus; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** See what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
