* Promote students' academic and socioemotional development, supporting teachers in enhancing pedagogical practices and contributing to an excellent and well-being-oriented educational environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure student and guardian satisfaction by providing clarifications regarding learning processes, regulations, and school services. * Provide reception and ongoing support to students, promoting their academic, personal, and social development. * Update, review, and improve norms and documents governing educational practices, aligning them with current legislation. * Evaluate teaching practices and pedagogical documents—such as lesson plans, activities, assessments, and gradebooks—recording identified needs. * Organize pedagogical events, developing scripts, timelines, and monitoring their execution. * Act as a liaison among members of the school community, fostering integration and quality in pedagogical practices. * Plan, implement, and monitor pedagogical projects across units, aligned with curriculum guidelines, PPP (Pedagogical Political Project), and current legislation. * Implement and monitor activity schedules, conducting periodic meetings for alignment. * Organize learning environments and provide resources for pedagogical practices. * Communicate pedagogical activities to teachers via bulletins, scripts, and other institutional channels. * Plan, conduct, and monitor Quarterly and Final Class Councils. * Provide feedback to teachers based on assessment results, promoting necessary pedagogical interventions. * Arrange teacher substitutions, and reorganize schedules and calendars when required. * Disseminate guidance and deadlines related to assessments and school routines, ensuring team alignment. * Monitor the entry of grades, attendance, and content into the educational system, verifying data consistency. * Analyze bimonthly indicators based on student grades to inform pedagogical decisions. * Develop teachers’ weekly schedules, ensuring class coverage according to planning. * Coordinate with teachers and guide students. * Organize semester-long pedagogical office hours, aligning teachers according to identified needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or related teaching licensure programs. * Experience in basic education. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with school/academic routines and dynamics. * Knowledge of pedagogical methodologies and educational legislation. * Agile methodologies. **Additional Information** * Number of vacancies: 01 * Position for Sesi Centro School * Work schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) * Selection process stages: Resume screening, subject-specific test, behavioral interview, and interview with the Manager.
