The **Senior Full-Stack Developer** position reports to the Customer Experience and Technology Directorate and integrates into the **Tech** department. **Responsibilities and Duties** — In summary, your responsibilities will include: * Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications (back-end in Node.js/Python and front-end in React/Next.js); * Defining solution architectures, including data modeling, integrations, and selection of technical standards; * Developing and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs for inter-system communication; * Managing data storage in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis; * Integrating and evolving AI agent functionalities (OpenAI, Anthropic); * Building and maintaining infrastructure on AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda) and containers (Docker/Kubernetes); * Conducting code reviews, defining best practices, and mentoring less experienced developers; * Participating in architecture and technical priority decisions alongside Tech leadership; * Collaborating with business areas to gather requirements and propose technical solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** — To apply for this role, you must: * Hold a completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Have solid full-stack development experience (5+ years); * Be proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, Nest.js) and Python (Flask or FastAPI); * Be proficient in React or Next.js for front-end development; * Have experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), and caching (Redis); * Have experience designing and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs; * Have hands-on experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda); * Have knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes; * Have experience with Git and GitHub workflows; * Have experience making architectural decisions and evaluating technical trade-offs. — It is important that you demonstrate: * Proactivity; * Analytical ability; * Organization and time management; * Communication skills; * Continuous learning; — And it would be highly beneficial if you: * Have experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into real-world products; * Have experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions); * Have formal technical leadership or mentoring experience with other developers; * Have experience working in environments with multiple integrations (ERP, CRM, BI). **Additional Information** **Benefits of being a hyper:** We care deeply about the well-being of our employees—affectionately called *hypers*!
