With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products, marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate and monitor industrial refrigeration systems; Perform periodic inspections on refrigeration equipment; Monitor cold storage chamber operations, ensuring appropriate temperatures according to established standards; Carry out basic preventive maintenance and support corrective maintenance when necessary; Identify faults or irregularities in equipment and report them to the responsible team; Record temperature controls and system operation logs; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good operational practices; Maintain equipment and workplace conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Course in Refrigeration**, Refrigeration Mechanics, Air Conditioning, or related fields; Prior experience operating industrial refrigeration systems is desirable; **Experience with cold storage chambers is desirable**; Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for refrigeration equipment; Fundamental knowledge of occupational safety; Availability for shift work (if applicable to the position); Attentive, responsible, and proactive profile.
