Dietitian responsible for full cafeteria management at the store, leading the team, monitoring deliveries, ensuring food quality, and developing menus.

**Description:**
**Education:** Completed Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition
**Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old
Active CRN (Regional Council of Nutritionists) registration required
**Responsibilities:**
Responsible for the store’s cafeteria, working with a team consisting of cooks and kitchen assistants;
Monitor deliveries, conduct in-store procurement, inspect food items, ensure quality and nutritional labeling, lead the team and provide necessary guidance;
Collaborate with the kitchen team to instruct on cleaning standards and protocols for premises, food receiving, storage and preservation, good practices for food selection and preparation, and compliance with Sanitary Surveillance regulations;
Develop meal menus to ensure employee satisfaction.
Prepare procurement lists based on menus, number of meals to be served, and existing inventory;
Ensure proper storage conditions for inventory to prevent spoilage and losses;
Verify correct use of all kitchen equipment and utensils, as well as personal and collective protective equipment;
Ensure proper disposal of expired or spoiled food and appropriate handling of leftovers.
Proven experience as a Dietitian in UAN (Food and Nutrition Unit); experience in high-volume industrial kitchens; team management; menu planning; procurement; inventory management; compliance with Sanitary Surveillance requirements.
