Laboratory Assistant (Compounding)

Bio Meds Brasil is experiencing continuous growth and seeks a Laboratory Assistant (Compounding) to join our team and contribute to the organization and smooth operation of our processes! If you are detail-oriented, organized, responsible, possess logical reasoning skills, and communicate effectively, this opportunity is for you! Key responsibilities: * Perform sterile product compounding; * Carry out aseptic procedures and gowning; * Operate laminar flow hoods and related equipment; * Verify formulas and raw materials; * Complete production records and documentation; * Comply with ANVISA regulations and internal procedures; * Assist in cleaning and monitoring of clean areas; * Routine tasks involving laminar flow hoods and clean areas; * Technical routines for asepsis and gowning; * Quality control and documentation routines; **Work location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:12 PM to 11:00 PM** Requirements: * Experience in sterile compounding; * Knowledge of Good Sterile Compounding Practices; * Familiarity with controlled environments/cleanrooms; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Technical or higher education in related fields is a plus. * Experience in compounding pharmacies, hospitals, or pharmaceutical manufacturing; * Organization and care regarding environmental cleanliness; * Adherence to regulations and internal procedures; * Basic completion of production records; * Ability to work following quality and hygiene standards Benefits Performance Bonus R$120.00/month \- paid via Flash card Meal/food allowance of R$30.00 per day; (No 20% deduction) Fuel allowance of R$200.00 per month or transportation voucher; (No 6% deduction) Unimed health plan, effective after the sixth month; (Monthly premium covered by the company) Uniodonto dental plan, with no copayment and a fixed monthly fee of R$26.00 deducted from payroll.
