Support the assembly and organization of transported meals **Position: Kitchen Assistant – Hospital Diets and Transported Meals** **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of meals and hospital diets, as directed by the nutritionist and head cook * Support the assembly, portioning, labeling, and packaging of transported diets and meals * Strictly adhere to good food handling practices, hygiene, and food safety standards * Perform cleaning and sanitation of food items, utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas * Assist in quality control, inventory organization, and monitoring of food expiration dates * Support loading and organizing meals for transportation, when required **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant, preferably in a hospital setting, centralized kitchen (UAN), or transported meal service * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow routines and procedures Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.933,20 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
